We are looking for a Digital Media Ad Sales Rep to join our team!

This is in the digital advertising industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old - if you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Small base, but huge performance rewards. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. We have a superb reputation and need real stars to bring in the best accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals
  • Report on sales progress and obtain feedback from potential prospects
  • Make cold calls and find prospects to generate leads
  • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
  • Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields

  • Experience in a managerial role

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong leadership qualities
